When we buy a business, we respect what the owner spent years building, and then we build on it. We invest in the team and the tools, sharpen how the work gets done, and go after real growth: new customers, new capabilities, a stronger operation. We try to do right by everyone involved, whether that's a seller, an employee, or a tenant.
We're local, based right here in Union, Kentucky. You're not dealing with an out-of-state fund or a buyer from three states away. The company was founded by an engineer who spent more than two decades building products and leading teams in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati manufacturing. Read our story.

We buy established, profitable small businesses from owners who are ready to move on, whether that's retirement or a change of plans. The goal is to build on what works and grow it, not strip it for parts.
Real estate
We buy and manage houses and commercial buildings, mostly places we can improve and hold onto. We'd rather make a property better than flip it.
Partnerships
Sometimes the best deal is a partnership. We're glad to team up with operators or other owners when it makes sense for everyone.
Hands-on ownership
We stay involved. We'd rather be on site, running the business and improving how it works, than manage it from far away.
